Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and all data belonging to you at any time. There are three ways. Last updated: 16 October 2026
Settings → Delete account
Open the app, go to Settings, tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm. Only the shop owner can delete the whole shop; staff delete their own user.
Write to us
From the email address linked to your account, write “Please delete my account” to sil@vitrinustasi.com. We reply with a confirmation code within 3 business days at the latest.
Remove the connection
On Instagram, in Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites (on Facebook, Settings → Apps and websites), remove Vitrin Ustası and submit a data deletion request. Meta passes your request on to us; you are given a confirmation code.
What is deleted, and when?
- Instagram access token — revoked and deleted immediately
- Your photos and the prepared images — within 30 days, including backups
- Your shop profile, team memberships and email address — within 30 days, including backups
- Posts published on Instagram — they stay on Instagram; you can delete them yourself from Instagram
- Invoice and accounting records — for the statutory retention period (10 years), invoice information only
- The record of your deletion request (confirmation code, date, status) — for 3 years, so that we can show that your request was fulfilled
Status of your deletion request
Enter the confirmation code given to you (VU-XXXX-XXXX).
If there is a problem, write to sil@vitrinustasi.com with your confirmation code.
